Our People
Ying Dai, Principal Lawyer
Trained locally and graduated from the University of Melbourne, Ying had many years of both working in one of the top tier law firms (in the merger and acquisition area) and also as sole practitioner. From previous experience, Ying has accumulated significant negotiation and transactional skills in particularly contractual related matters.
The ability to manage more sophisticated matters also came natural and therefore high-end clients trust Ying with her time management and timely delivery of time critical tasks.
Ying is down to earth and approachable which has led the whole team with this friendly approach to clients. Ying is also native in Mandarin and English and these languages skills give Ying the ability to communicate with clients of Asian background more efficiently. Given her personal background, Ying also has empathy towards and understands issues new migrants may face during the process of establishing their new homes and businesses in Australia.
Ying is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law.
Janet Kuang, Lawyer
Janet graduated from Monash University in Bachelor of Law and Commerce in 2018 and was admitted in 2019 in the Supreme Court of Victoria. With a passion and focus in commercial, business and investment, Janet currently practices primary in the areas of commercial law and property matters. Her transactional experience includes sales and acquisition of both residential and commercial property and restaurant businesses and licensed post office. Janet is highly skilled in managing and advising client relating to complex leasing transactions, loan agreement and property contracts.
Janet is highly responsive and enthusiastic, her attention to detail and communication is highly valued. Janet also speaks fluent Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.
